Returns

Please send the goods back or hand them over to us at the address:

Stringa Fiorenzo di Stringa Raffaella - Via Emilia 71/73 - 15057 Tortona (AL) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility.

The returned good must be in resalable condition.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging and packaging without manipulation and/or signs of use. Any tags must not be removed.

If you withdraw from the contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) , without undue delay.
